Meet Tom & Nikki
Tom and Nikki Ware are longtime Yorba Linda residents, business owners, and proud members of the community they have called home for decades. More than 30 years ago, they took their shared passion for building, craftsmanship, and creating beautiful spaces and turned it into a family-owned construction business.
What began as a local venture has grown into a longstanding business built on experience, integrity, quality workmanship, and personal relationships. Over the past three decades, Tom and Nikki have had the opportunity to work with countless homeowners and families throughout Yorba Linda and the surrounding communities, helping transform houses into homes designed to fit the way their clients live.
For Tom and Nikki, however, their story has always been about more than construction. Yorba Linda is where they chose to build their own life, raise their family, and establish their business. As parents of two children, family has remained at the center of their lives and has greatly influenced the way they approach their business—with a focus on trust, communication, hard work, and treating clients with the same care and respect they would want for their own family.
After more than 30 years in business, Tom and Nikki remain proud of the reputation they have built and especially grateful for the relationships that have developed along the way. Many clients have become longtime friends, and much of their continued success has come through referrals and generations of families trusting them with their homes.
Their connection to Yorba Linda runs deep. Known as the “Land of Gracious Living,” Yorba Linda has maintained a strong sense of community and hometown character even as it has grown over the years. Tom and Nikki are proud to have experienced that growth firsthand—not only as residents, but as local business owners who have had the opportunity to contribute to the homes and neighborhoods that make the community special.
Today, Tom and Nikki continue to bring the same values to their work that inspired them more than three decades ago: quality, honesty, relationships, and a genuine commitment to the people they serve. For them, being a local, family-owned business means more than simply working in the community—it means being part of it.
After 30+ years, their philosophy remains simple: build with integrity, stand behind your work, and treat every home as if it were your own.
